Pineapple helped us fill two senior finance roles that we’d been struggling with for a while. They have a good handle on the local market and didn’t waste our time with candidates who weren’t right. It felt like a partnership rather than just a transaction. We’ll definitely use them again. — Group Finance Director, Worcestershire

A fantastic recruiter, for both the employer and candidate alike. Having recently gone through the job application process with Pineapple Recruitment, I must say how thoroughly impressed I was with the care, attention, and support I was given. Everyone knows that looking for a new job can at times be stressful, daunting, or even frustrating, but I thankfully didn’t experience any of this.
Jo, who handled my application, was super friendly, very informative, and gave me all the confidence and support I needed. She provided tips for the interview and a deep insight into the company to start off my preparation, as well as taking the time to really get to know me as a person and relay that to the client. I received the good news as I passed each stage of the interview the very same day—even into the evening to avoid any uncomfortable delay. I truly felt I had someone in my corner, cheering me on. — Regional Management Accountant, Worcestershire

We’re friendly, discreet and professional, and we know the sector.
Can you help me prepare for my interview?
Yes! Because we specialise in permanent placements, we are invested in your long-term success. Once an interview is confirmed, your consultant will provide:
1. A detailed briefing on the company culture and interviewers.
2. Advice on common competency-based questions for your specific sector.
3. Feedback and coaching to help you present your best self.
I work in a different sector; can you still help me find a job?
We specialise specifically in Hospitality, Catering, Finance, HR, and Education. Focusing on these niches allows us to maintain deep connections with top employers in these fields. If your experience falls within these categories, we are perfectly positioned to help you. If not, we may still be able to offer general CV advice, but our primary vacancies will remain within our core sectors.
Will you send my CV to companies without my permission?
Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on an ethical, transparent process. We will always discuss a specific role and company with you first to gauge your interest. Only after you have given us explicit consent will your CV be presented to a potential employer. Your privacy and current employment status are our top priorities.
How do you ensure a candidate is the right “culture fit” for the business?
Beyond technical skills, we prioritise personality and values. Our process includes in-depth behavioural interviews and a thorough briefing session with you to understand your company. Because we specialise in permanent recruitment, our goal is long-term retention, not just filling a vacancy.
Can you help with salary benchmarking and market insights?
We have real-time data on what competitors are offering. We provide our clients with complimentary salary benchmarking reports to ensure your offer is competitive enough to attract top-tier talent in the current market.
