Firstly, both Catering and Hospitality recruitment covers a diverse range of roles and includes a massive proportion of the available jobs in the UK market and these jobs are vital for the economy.
In short, there is not much difference between the two terms.
As an umbrella term ‘hospitality’ is the provision of entertainment and direct services to people within all areas of the food, drink and accommodation market. What skills are needed for a job in catering?
The skills needed vary depending on the role you are looking at.
